Bright Beginnings Preschool was started in 1974 by by a group of parents who wanted the best possible preschool experience for their children. Thirty-six years later, parents are still bringing their children to Bright Beginnings for the same reason. Bright Beginnings is a wonderful place where children are able to truly enjoy childhood while learning to become decision makers and true thinkers. Bright Beginnings is a hands-on preschool where children are offered a variety of open-ended projects and activities every day, and children are able to approach these activities with their own thoughts and methods.
Parents work in the classroom 2-3 times per month. Every day, there are two teachers and four parents in the classroom, so the amount of messy and engaging activities that the children can participate in is amazing.
The teachers plan the curriculum, are truly dedicated to providing a high quality program, and are not afraid to get dirty. Miss Debbie has been at Bright Beginnings for 15 years and enrolled her own daughter with us. Miss Susan has been at Bright Beginnings for 8 years and enrolled both her children with us. Our "outside" teachers, Miss Dana and Miss Robyn, are sisters who have taught at Bright Beginnings for 3 years. Both attended Bright Beginnings as preschoolers (and are currently in college).
